DIDYMOS baby slings are manufactured without any textile glaze or other chemical ingredients. We only use organic cotton (controlled biological cultivation), absolutely metal free, skin friendly dyes. There is no need to wash your sling before using it unless you want the sling fabric to be softer right from the start. Please observe the following instructions:
	Washing temperature 60°C/140°F (warm) Never use bleaching agents Use mild, preferably liquid detergent Use water softener if your water is hard dry-spin on gentle cycle only avoid high temperatures, especially in the dryer
Any detergent residue or mineral accumulations reduce the stretchability of the fabric. We recommend to iron your DIDYMOS sling after every wash. This prevents the fabric from folding at the same place every time, which might decrease the lasting durability of your sling.
