Prices

All prices in EURO inclusive VAT

Delivery

We usually dispatch within a day of receiving your order. In the case of an item being out of stock we will part-deliver. The dispatch will be by parcel or normal mail.
For deliveries to Non-EU countries we cannot give any indications concerning custom duties and import taxes. In case of doubt we advise you to contact your local custom office for information on such duties.
In any case, once payment and delivery have been made we will not refund the sales price or further costs in case of non-acceptance of the goods by the buyer.

International deliveries

The current VAT of the Federal Republic of Germany applies for all deliveries to countries of the European Union (EU). Deliveries to countries outside of the EU won't pay any VAT. You will pay the country-specific import purchase tax and possible duty at your custom's. In this case we will enclose a declaration of origin. The amount of bank charges when paying from international bank or building societies will be covered by you. We will process orders from other countries by by credit card payments (EuroCard/Visa) or payments in advance. Please wait for our advance invoice.

Shipping costs

Postage is generally between 9 and 38 Euro (by sea or air). We are happy to give you the exact postage cost before the dispatch of your goods. Please refere "shipping costs" for detailed information.

Postage

You can cancel, exchange or give back your order within 14 days after receiving your goods. Special products are exempt from this rule. You don't have to give a reason for cancellation. To stay within the due date it is important to dispatch on time. The goods have to be complete, unused and in perfect condition.

Faulty goods

If you ever receive goods which are damaged or faulty please send them back to us with a short fault report. We will remove the fault or send an exchange. We will certainly replace the advanced postage.

Guarantee

We guarantee for the quality of our baby slings for three years. Items from other producers underlie, if not stated otherwise, the legal guarantee. Our guarantee expires, if the products are not handled and maintained in an appropriate way and if washing instructions are ignored.

Personal details

To be able to process your order we are storing your address and other details which are important for the order. We are committed to insure the protection of your personal details under the conditions of the data protection act. Furthermore we ensure you that we don't pass on your details to a third party.

Law of contract

All of our contracts underlie the German law. This also applies to orders from and/or deliveries to other countries
